MORE CONTROL. MORE PRECISION. THE 4-POINT SUPPORT SYSTEM.
The 4-point support system allows for more precise and predictable distalization, intrusion, rotation, and therapeutic occlusal adjustments because no interfering occlusal contacts slow down, redirect, or block the planned movement.

THE 4-POINT SUPPORT
Four strategically placed occlusal contact points secure the position of the lower jaw throughout the entire treatment and prevent the temporomandibular joint from shifting uncontrollably. What makes this unique is that the occlusal supports remain statically positioned in space during treatment, even as the teeth beneath them move. They are precisely positioned in every aligner step, thus maintaining the therapeutic lower jaw position throughout the entire treatment period.
Another clinical advantage of the 4-point support system: Thanks to the defined occlusal contact points on the interceptors and bite plates, the remaining tooth surfaces are freed from uncontrolled interfering contacts. The aligner rests on specifically designed support elements rather than on random cusp tips, and this creates space with direct biomechanical consequences.
